Kristy E. Boehler is a partner with the Law Group of Northwest Arkansas LLP. After growing up on a working row crop and cattle farm, Kristy has naturally focused her practice in agricultural and food law matters.
Kristy graduated cum laude from Drake University in 2007 with a B.A. in Political Science and Law, Politics, and Society. In 2011, Kristy earned her Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law. While in law school, she was a member of the Arkansas Law Review and authored Poultry Growers in Arkansas: Agents or Independent Contractors?, 63 Ark. L. Rev. 849 (2010). Kristy also has earned a Master’s of Law degree in Agricultural and Food Law from the University of Arkansas School of Law Graduate Program.
