The La Grange Farmers Market is every Saturday year-round from 8:00am to 2:00pm at their new location at the Jersey Barnyard at 3117 TX-159, La Grange, TX. The organizers take pride in its being ?a true representation of Central Texas? artisan and food community?.The market features farm and garden products, baked goods, prepared foods, homemade preserves, homegrown plants, and more. (They don?t allow the sale of meat products, though.) For homemade and handcrafted items, they impose an additional restriction that only local residents are allowed to sell these types of products.The market is very attractive to potential vendors. There is no weekly or monthly fee to participate, but space is on a first come, first-served basis.
