'since 1994, Lapeer Land Conservancy, formerly known as Great Lakes Bio regional Land Conservancy has been assisting landowners who do not want their property subdivided or developed, by advising them of alternatives.
We accept donation of property by a landowner(s) who grant all rights, titles, and interests to LLC: at which point LLC then owns and manages the land. LLC supports outreach development projects by providing educational programs and volunteer opportunities.
Mission
to protect farmland and natural spaces, support educational programs, and create a network of land stewardship demonstration properties throughout Lapeer County and surrounding areas
