Dick Ray served on the Outfitters Advisory Board for the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies for 15 years and was appointed by the governor to the Colorado Wildlife Commission 2005 & 2009. He was one of the founding members of Sportsmen For Wildlife, Colorado, and Vice President in 2011. Dick Ray has fought for Sportsmen's rights in three lawsuits in Federal Court as a plaintiff, prevailing in each case. The battles will continue and must be fought.
