Maine Huts & Trails is a non-profit organization that manages a system of four backcountry eco-lodges and more than 80 miles of trails in Western Maine. We offer “off the grid,” hut-to-hut adventures coupled with comfortable and friendly accommodations.

Maine Huts & Trails provides countless possibilities for outdoor enthusiasts and active travelers of all levels, ages and interests. Delight in one (or two or three) of your favorite activities whether hiking, mountain biking or paddling, swimming, fishing, skiing or snowshoeing. At night, enjoy delicious home-cooked meals prepared with locally sourced ingredients, warm, comfortable beds and hot showers.
