Mark is one of few Pacific Northwest attorneys knowledgeable on the evolving landscape of health care law. “The climate for health care practitioners is changing rapidly,” Mark says, “and our firm is here to provide the expertise and guidance needed during this transitional period and beyond.”
Mark was selected as a “Washington Rising Star” by Washington Law & Politics magazine each year from 2005 to 2008 and was awarded the 2004 Conservation Award for his pro bono legal work with the Capitol Land Trust. Mark is a member of the American Health Care Lawyers Association and the Olympia Rotary Club. He and his wife have two children and he is an avid skier and cyclist.
