Mark manages the firm's overall practice. He oversees the firm's audits, reviews, and financial statement services. Mark also assist clients with tax planning and compliance. His industry expertise includes nonprofit, government contracting, manufacturing, high-tech, and construction.

Mark received a Bachelors degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and a Masters Degree from Pacifica Graduate Institute. His prior professional experience includes Audit Manager at Ernst & Young in Denver (Audit Manager) and Controller for several high-tech telecom equipment manufacturers. Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of CPA's.
