I have practiced in the real estate and estate areas of practice since coming to Georgia, with an emphasis since 1991 in the area of wills and trusts, estate planning and administration. In 2006, the firm of Kirby Palmer Farrell was formed, which continues to serve the estate planning needs of this area. I practice in an area that is my passion – assisting others in making their estate plan, listening to each person’s story and drafting documents based on those stories.
