Narrow River Land Trust preserves land in the watershed to protect water and agricultural resources, wildlife habitat, and open space for recreation. We work cooperatively with private owners and local communities to ensure that these areas are protected now and for future generations.
Several land protection methods are used, conservation easements, donations, fee aquisition, and bargain sales of land.
The Land Trust succeeds with the participation and financial support of its members. The preservation of land is important to the health of the environment and the quality of life in our communities.
