Nicole B. Davis represents parties in guardianship, probate, and trust disputes, including representation of fiduciaries and beneficiaries facing litigation in trial in the State of Texas, and with uncontested administration matters.
Since being licensed eighteen years ago, Nicole has dedicated her career to guardianship, probate, and trust administration. Nicole also represents families of the mentally ill trying to navigate mental health commitments or court intervention processes. While still in law school, Nicole clerked for a Harris County, giving her insight into the court’s expectations.
Nicole is certified by the State Bar of Texas to serve as an Ad Litem in guardianship and heirship proceedings. She is an aggressive advocate with a compassionate approach to advising her clients in even the most complex guardianship and probate cases. She takes cost effective approaches to solve problems her clients face today, and anticipates issues they may face tomorrow.
