University of Nevada Cooperative Extension's Logandale office links local citizens with educational opportunities from the University of Nevada, Reno and the United States Department of Agriculture. Northeast Clark County is more than 2,700 square miles and includes the rural communities of Moapa, Logandale, Overton, Bunkerville and the City of Mesquite. We offer education on agribusiness, small and home-based business, and personal financial management. Demand is high for agriculture and horticulture education, especially growing and preserving food. Educational programs are also offered in 4-H youth development, and in health and nutrition.
