The Panoramaland Resource Conservation and Development (RC&D), a 501(c)3 non-profit, a public/private partnership engages local leaders to promote their local economy through engaging with the people of South Central Utah to plan, develop and improve their social, economic and environmental conditions. The RC&D Council is a creative and successful organization of community partnerships that heighten the vision, values, and heritage of South Central Utah.

Panoramaland RC&D is headquartered in Richfield and serves six counties, which include Juab, Millard, Piute, Sanpete, Sevier and Wayne.

The R&CD can sponsor program’s and project’s meeting the R&CD Vision and Mission to form community partnerships, engage local citizens and improve, heighten, and support the well-being of its citizens. The RC&D acts as the fiscal agent for project’s providing administrative oversight and program direction.
