Plum Creek is as committed to the production of excellence in wine as it is to bringing out the best in a tightly knit group of committed individuals. We have assembled a talented team who share our passion for making wines of uncommon quality. From the uncompromising talents of winemaker Jenne Baldwin and her co-workers in the cellars, to the knowledgeable and hospitable staff in the tasting room and in area sales Doug and Sue Phillips have assembled a dedicated team with a youthful, yet serious approach to the wine business.

At Plum Creek our friendly tasting room staff takes pride in making each visit memorable. The beginning enthusiast will discover as much about Plum Creek and our wines as will the experienced wine lover. We’re always looking for new food pairings for our wines, and we strive to search out locally grown fruits and vegetables and locally ranched meats.

Year-round Daily, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Tours available upon request.

From I-70: Exit 42 at Palisade, south 1/2 mile, west 1/2 mile.

Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling, Dry Riesling, Palisade Red, dessert wines and more. Tasting room available.
