Polly is a member of the firm's Estate Planning Practice Group and concentrates her practice in the area of estate planning and wealth transfer. She is also a member of the Corporate and Transactional Practice Group and the Bingham Greenebaum Doll Women's Forum. Among the legal services Polly provides for her clients are estate and gift planning, wealth preservation, probate and trust administration, federal and state tax advice, business succession planning, business organization and general business and corporate transactions. She strives to incorporate a team approach to best meet her clients' goals by working closely with each client's other advisors, including accountants and financial planners.
In addition, Polly focuses on the unique estate and wealth transfer planning needs of farm families. Raised on a farm herself, Polly helps farmers create holistic succession plans that are tax efficient and provide the desired succession of control to the next generation while treating all family members fairly.
In 2012, Polly was nominated by her peers and selected by a committee of local business leaders as a representative member of Indy’s Best and Brightest professionals. Indy’s Best and Brightest honors 100 of Central Indiana’s outstanding young professionals, age 40 and under, who are making their mark in and around Indianapolis. This event was created by Junior Achievement to recognize the up and coming talent and the next generation of leaders in the Indianapolis community.
