The Reading Open Land Trust (ROLT) is a private nonprofit land trust. Its mission is to preserve Reading's open spaces for future generations. ROLT's purpose is to preserve and maintain Reading's open space in its natural state. ROLT also supports education in the fields of ecology, conservation and land use planning. Since its founding in 1979, ROLT has acquired more than 70 acres of open land in Reading.
