We offer gourmet meat products including free-range pastured chicken, cornish hens, two sizes of Pharaoh quail, rabbit, and our newest addition, squab, available on a limited basis. Live rabbit, quail and adult squab also sold to those who want to raise their own. Egg products include unrestricted free-range pastured brown and colored chicken eggs and two sizes of Pharaoh (Cortunix) quail eggs for eating or hatching. All of our birds and animals are raised without added hormones, steroids or antibiotics. Additional products include small amounts of in-season vegetables and fruit grown without the use of herbicides or pesticides and fed only natural fertilizers.

Days & Hours: Open: Farm is open year round. Hours: Open every day -- Call before coming. Products also available at Woodstock, Winchester, and The Plains Farmer's Markets. Our Products are also available to restaurants and retailers.

Activities & Events: Guided hikes for families, and novice hikers on miles of national forest trails, nature hikes for kids, as well as one on one horse back rides up to 1 1/2 hours. Bluegill Pond for available for kids.
