The firm provides appraisal consulting, fee appraisal and appraisal review services to federal, state and local agencies, municipalities, land trusts, private individuals, attorneys, financial institutions and corporations.  The firm's primary focus includes valuation of: residential acreage, conservation easements, farms, farmland preservation easements, residential subdivision developments, campgrounds and commercial/industrial land.
