Briefly summarized, our appraisal services cover residential, commercial and industrial use properties, as well as unimproved land. The communities in which most of our appraisals are completed are essentially located in the westerly portions of Hartford County and easterly sections of Litchfield County, as outlined on the territory map and list.

I currently hold the SRA designation with the Appraisal Institute, and am a Connecticut State Certified General Appraiser. My qualifications and a copy of my license are available for your review, along with those of my appraisers. Please do not hesitate to call me for a fee quote and delivery date, or if you need a referral for appraisal services for a property located in another part of the state.

For commercial, industrial and/or special use properties, the appraisal fee for each assignment is quoted separately, depending upon the property type and specific approaches to value required for the property. Please forward to my office any specific appraisal requirements and/or procedures to which I should adhere, so that I may equitably quote future appraisal assignments.
