She specializes in ecologically significant, regionally iconic, conserved, large acreage, timberland, super luxury, renewable energy systems, green designed and built structures, and mixed-use real estate assets. She has worked for high net worth individuals, academic and investment institutions, farmers, land investors, governmental bodies, and local, regional, national and international NGO’s. Her work has crossed the national and international landscape.
Shawn is licensed as a Certified General Appraiser in Maine, New Hampshire, New York and Vermont, and is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute. She is also a Vermont licensed Real Estate Salesperson, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Vermont Association of Realtors, and Windsor County Board of Realtors. Earth Asset Partnership is a Professional Partner of the Land Trust Alliance, a member of Leave a Legacy and the Upper Valley Planned Giving Council, and is a Corporate Member of the Vermont Institute of Natural Science.
Shawn received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Iowa State University (1995), where she majored in Political Science and was a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Pi Sigma Alpha. In 1998 she received her Juris Doctor and Master of Studies in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School.
