Shellie Wallace DVM is a 1984 graduate of Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She completed her Masters of Science at KSU and headed for University of Georgia and completed an residency in Theriogenology (Reproduction). From her residency she moved to Auburn University where she started the Equine Ambulatory section. Besides general large animal practice she handled the equine breeding work in the area. A course developed by her while at AU was a small animal reproduction elective. Upon leaving Auburn she headed to Kansas City Mo into a mixed animal practice. She then established a large animal practice where she worked primarily on equine, but also saw cattle sheep, goat, camillids and pigs. In 2004 she left practice and moved to Texas. She worked in several practices before starting Paws and Claws Veterinary Clinic in Sanger, TX.
