The Southeast Tennessee Resource Conservation and Development Council (RC&D) is a designated “Circle of Diamonds” Council by the National Association of RC&D Councils. This designation recognizes that the Southeast Tennessee (SETN) Council is true to its mission and active in its communities.
SETN RC&D is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that works within a community framework to improve quality of life for our residents. The Council’s board of directors is comprised of members of the12-county area of Bledsoe, Bradley, Grundy, Hamilton, Loudon, Marion, McMinn, Meigs, Monroe, Polk, Rhea, and Sequatchie counties.
The directors are residents and business owners who volunteer as Council leaders committed to serving their communities and Southeast Tennessee region. If you are a person that cares deeply about your community, consider joining the SETN Council as a director, member, or volunteer. There are various opportunities for your skills, talents, passion and contacts to build on the legacy of community-based projects.
