The Main Street Steamboat Farmers Market, located on 7th and Yampa streets and the 7the street parking lot, is held on Saturdays from mid-June to Mid September. Our official hours are 9 am to 2 pm but if you are out riding your bike or getting in a quick run before the day’s events, you can usually pick up a cup of coffee, pastry or even a breakfast burrito before the crowds arrive.
The Main Street Steamboat Farmers Market features fresh fruit and vegetables each week, however due to our climate and the limited amount of produce grown locally, we have expanded beyond what you may see at your typical farmer’s market. We focus on food and try to offer a wide variety of local and cottage industry products. You can pick up fresh bread and pies, local beef, bison, pork and lamb as well as jams, syrups and even horseradish. It’s a great place to stop for lunch as well. You can grab a Gyro sandwich or a Ham Crepe or some smoked salmon. But if you are really hungry pick up some award winning BBQ, have a seat and listen to some local Steamboat musicians.
