Mr. Carley has been actively engaged in the private practice of law in Atlanta, GA for over 50 years. He specializes in and has had extensive experience with Wills and Trusts, probate and estate administration, Guardianships and Conservatorships, drafting Wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, and trusts. Mr. Carley received his juris doctorate degree from Georgetown University Law School in 1970 and his Bachelor of Science degree from Notre Dame University in 1963.
