Stephen R. Hughes has over twenty five years experience in commercial real estate and business valuation plus extensive experience in banking, land management and real estate brokerage. He is a certified general appraiser in multiple states and a licensed real estate broker in Kansas. Golf course work completed by Mr. Hughes includes over 350 assignments since 1986 in over half of the states in America. Mr. Hughes has valued over 500 residential subdivisions since 1984 in six states, including many golf and/or lake communities. Steve is a member of the National Golf Foundation, Appraisal Institute and the Society of Golf Appraisers.
