Tara has been appraising in the Gunnison and Hinsdale counties since 1992. Her current appraisal practices include residential and land appraising. She is knowledgeable in all facets of construction appraising, estate valuation, tax and assessment appeal, and is a certified FHA and VA appraiser.

Professional affiliations include being a member of the Colorado Association of Realtors, Gunnison County Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Appraisal Group of Western Colorado, LLC (formerly Charles A. Peterson & Associates, LLC) has been the premier appraisal service provider in the greater Gunnison and Hinsdale Counties for the past 30 years.

Our new name reflects our expanding coverage area and service, but we continue our same dedication to service for our local and out of town clients. Our services are provided with the care and urgency that is required by our clients. With a staff of Residential and Commercial Appraisers, we can assist you in a timely and professional manner.
