They Might Be Monkeys strives to put the most well educated and trained crew possible to work on their clients’ trees. They employ their crewmembers on a full time basis with an emphasis on continuing education and upward mobility in the tree care industry. As their employees develop they prepare them to become Certified Tree Workers. Once they meet the requirement of 18 months experience in the industry they have the skills and experience necessary to pass the hands on skills test and written exam for this certification.
