Member of the Tax Law, Business Law, Estate Planning and International Law Sections of the North Carolina Bar Association. Mr. Worth concentrates on business transactions, tax law, tax controversies and litigation and estate planning. His practice is conducted throughout North Carolina and he has developed special expertise in the tax law of Conservation Easements. He regularly lectures on tax and estate planning matters and has provided technical manuscripts on Conservation Easements to programs sponsored by the North Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina State University and various land trusts throughout North Carolina. He has been on the Board of Directors of the National Committee for the New River and the High Lonesome Strings Bluegrass Association.
