Since 1992, Tom Howard has worked together with New Hampshire landowners to craft real estate transactions that feature conservation outcomes. His efforts have resulted in successful conservation land ownerships in locations ranging from the Lakes Region to the Connecticut River Valley to the northernmost reaches of the Granite State.

Tom’s experiences as Conservation Manager of the Lakes Region Conservation Trust and as a Land Protection Specialist for the Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests have given him the knowledge and expertise necessary to accomplish multiple goals within a single real estate transaction. A strong background in parks and recreation management and real estate brokerage further provides Tom the tools required to design and manage transfers of real estate that satisfy the goals of both landowners who wish to protect their cherished lands and buyers looking for that special piece of New Hampshire to call their own.
