Trent Myers counsels lenders, developers, investors and businesses in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including conventional and construction financing, the acquisition and disposition of properties and joint ventures. Trent regularly represents both institutional investors and sponsors in ground-up and value-add redevelopment projects, from joint venture formation through the development process to the ultimate disposition of the asset. He also is experienced in office and industrial leasing. Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland (US)'s Real Estate Practice Group, Trent was a member of Eversheds Sutherland (US)'s Litigation Practice Group, where he worked on complex commercial litigation matters, including real estate litigation.
