Since 1946, we have worked with landowners and farmers to manage natural resources in Whatcom County. We are building on our tradition as we meet today's challenges with expanding programs and opportunities to help people protect the land and its resources.
The District has a wealth of information concerning water quality issues, management of small and large farming operations, and implementation of best management practices (BMPs). The District publishes newsletters, hosts educational workshops and tours, and offers opportunities for volunteers to get involved.Mission
