Mr. Kalmbach practices primarily in the business, estate planning, and taxation areas. Mr. Kalmbach was admitted to the bar in Maryland, Washington, D.C., Louisiana, and Texas in 1988, 1989 and 1990, and 1995 respectively, and practiced with the law firm of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan in Washington, D.C., and New York City.
