With over three decades of experience, William Langenstein has extensive experience in taxation, real estate, and both corporation and business law. He is an honorary consul to the Republic of Korea, a member of the New Orleans Estate Planning Council and sits on the board of several companies.
Bill is a member of Governor Bobby Jindal’s Transition Team, the New Orleans Economic Development Advisory Committee and the Louisiana Children’s Museum Early Learning Village Steering Committee. He also serves on several non-profit and community boards, including New Orleans Academy for Science and Mathematics, the New Orleans Board of Trade, the Greater New Orleans Development Foundation, WYES-TV, and Greater New Orleans, Inc., among others. Bill is also a 2004 graduate of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute and a former board member of the National Kidney Foundation. He served as a New Orleans Public Belt Railroad commissioner from 2006 – 2010.
