Hertz Farm Management Landowner Educational Seminar, Morris IL

Midwest farmland values continue to rise. What is driving these increases and how long can this trend continue? Hertz Farm Management invites you July 31 to join their seminars on what’s going on in the Midwest agricultural economy and how it is affecting farmland leases and land prices.

The series of Landowner Educational Seminars bring Midwest landowners up to date on several important agricultural issues. Seminar topics include Farm Leases, Grain Markets, Client Services, Land Trends and Values, Understanding CMO Crops and an in depth session on New Tax Legislation/Estate and Succession Planning.
This seminar is designed for landowners who don’t farm their land.

Registration beings at 8:45 and sessions adjourn by 3:30. Pre-registration is required and is $25 per person/$40 per couple in advance and $30 per person/$50 per couple at the door. Fee is waived for clients.

Noon meal and refreshments are included.
