Together, Chloe and Wesley Genovart, owners of SoLo Farm and Table, have made a dream come true, creating a farm-to-table dining experience that is, as Chloe describes, a “personal expression of their life experiences, passions and commitments to the industry” they adore.
She adds: "It means a lot for patrons to be able to see some of the ingredients in their natural state—it really connects people back to the land."
