Seattle Pilot Project - Planting Trees From Warmer Climates to Adapt To Climate Change

To get ahead of climate change, keep forests green, and protect fish supporting streams, Washington state has come up with an interesting idea! As an experiment, Seattle has embarked on a test to plant native trees from warmer climates on 154 acres and see how they do in the new conditions.

USDA Offers $12 Billion in Aid To Farmers Hit By Tariffs
