RFF President to Attend Species Conservation & ESA Initiative Workshop

Applauds Prairie Chicken Decision
The federal court decision, which denies requests of U.S.
Fish and Wildlife Service to reverse the Sept. 1, 2015 federal court decision regarding the listing of the lesser prairie-chicken. The Sept. 1 decision vacated federal protections for the bird, which was listed as threatened under the Endangered Species Act in 2014.
